Betrayal Trauma Support Options Through Grit & Grace
Individual Betrayal Support Sessions
Individual Support Intake Session: 75 Minutes $200
In our Intake Session, together we will begin to establish therapeutic rapport so that we can begin to identify the depth and breadth of your Betrayal Trauma. We will create a safe space for you to share your story and hold space for your pain. We will begin to establish safety and stabilization and facilitate the development of your personalized recovery plan.
Your plan can include individual therapy, group therapy, somatic therapy and/or mindfulness. With each client, the goal is that you find your Grit and Grace to accept offered empathy, connection and safety. My goal is to help you recover.
Individualized Support Sessions with Tara: 60 minutes $185
Establish safety and stability for you. We can’t do it alone though. We will still work together to find community and group support for you outside of our sessions together.
Group Betrayal Support Sessions
Group Support Intake Session: 45 minutes $100
To determine eligibility, only necessary if not receiving individual support with Tara.
Betrayal Trauma Recovery Support Group: $40 per session
Licensed Therapist-facilitated support group for partners of Sex Addicts impacted by Betrayal Trauma. This group is most appropriate for partners who have discovered their partner’s addiction within the past six months. (60 minutes, once a week)
Living in Recovery Psychoeducation and Support Group: $75 per session
Licensed Therapist-facilitated peer support group for women experiencing Betrayal Trauma due to a partner’s or ex-partner’s pornography use, sexual addiction, and/or sexual acting out. If you are processing the discovered hidden parts of a partner such as infidelity, compulsive use of pornography, or other problematic or deceptive sexual behavior, you are likely feeling tremendous pain, injury, and despair. This group is here for you.

Affordable Support Options and Cost Details for Infidelity and Betrayal Trauma Counseling
My personal journey and recovery were significantly impacted by financial constraints. Most available treatments cater to individuals with greater financial resources than I had/have. I’ve made both a professional and personal commitment to ensure that financial limitations never impede a partner’s recovery from Betrayal Trauma. However, it’s important to acknowledge that I have my own family to support and professional obligations.
Continuing education and learning are essential to provide the most informed and effective treatment to my clients, but it comes at a cost. Research indicates that many clinicians and coaches charge substantial fees, ranging from $200 to $600 for individual sessions, thousands for intensive therapy, and up to $100 for group sessions. While my credentials could justify similar rates, I prioritize accessibility over maximizing profit. As long as I can support my family and advance professionally, I will keep my fees below the industry standard.
Please understand that my decision to offer lower fees does not diminish the quality of my expertise or services.
Due to the nature of the services I offer, I do not participate with insurance companies. Payments can be made via cash, check or credit card and are expected at the time of the session.
