Tell me if any of this resonates with you…

You’re trying to make sense of a world that suddenly feels unsafe.

You feel anxious, numb, or find yourself replaying the moment you discovered the betrayal.

You question your judgment—how you missed the signs, how to ever trust again.

You want to talk about it, but few people truly understand.

Our Betrayal Support Groups offer a safe, validating space where you can begin to rebuild trust—first in yourself, and eventually in others.

Unlike couples therapy, these groups aren’t about fixing the relationship. They’re about you—your healing, your clarity, and your growth.
Together, we focus on restoring stability, developing boundaries, calming the nervous system, and finding hope in community with others who genuinely get it.

If you said “yes” to any of the above, then you’re in the right place!

Affordable Support Options and Cost Details for Infidelity and Betrayal Trauma Group Coaching

My personal journey and recovery were significantly impacted by financial constraints, and I noticed that most available treatments cater to individuals with greater financial resources than I had—or currently have. I’ve made both a personal and professional commitment to ensure that financial limitations do not prevent a partner from accessing support for betrayal trauma. At the same time, I balance this commitment with supporting my own family and fulfilling professional responsibilities.

Continuing education and training are essential to provide the most informed and effective care, but they come with costs. Many clinicians and coaches charge $200–$600 for individual sessions, thousands for intensive therapy, and up to $100 for group sessions. While my credentials could justify similar rates, I prioritize accessibility over profit. As long as I can support my family and continue professional growth, I keep my fees below industry standards.

Offering lower fees does not reduce the quality or effectiveness of my services.

Because of the specialized nature of my work, I do not participate with most insurance companies. However, I do accept Husky insurance. Payment is expected at the time of each session and can be made by cash, check, or credit card, usually through our secure client portal for your convenience.
