She is deeply passionate about helping individuals reclaim their sense of self, heal emotionally, and develop healthy behavioral patterns after betrayal.

Her Therapeutic Approach

Tara’s work goes beyond symptom relief — she helps clients explore their emotional landscapes, build constructive habits, and restore balance in mind and body. Her ultimate goal is to empower each client to achieve optimal mental health, reduce life’s burdens, and live with greater ease and authenticity.

Believing that we are wired for connection, Tara helps clients cultivate meaningful relationships that feel genuine and aligned with who they are.

“The simple act of walking barefoot on the earth, feeling the breeze or placing hands in the soil anchors children in the present moment, calming racing thoughts and settling restless bodies.”
